1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Riverbend Golf Course website at https://rgcwv.com (the “Site”) and any reservations, purchases, or services booked through it. By using the Site or booking a tee time, simulator session, or event with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Reservations and Payment
Tee times and simulator sessions may be reserved through the Site subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation number on screen and/or by email. Simulator reservations require staff confirmation and may be marked as “pending review” until accepted.
Posted rates are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You are responsible for full payment of all bookings made under your name, contact information, or account.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
Tee times may be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge equal to the booking total. Simulator sessions may have different cancellation rules; the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.

4. Course Rules and Conduct
All players are required to follow posted course rules, dress code, and pace-of-play expectations, and to follow the reasonable instructions of Riverbend Golf Course staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or to require any guest to leave the property for unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, intoxication, or failure to follow course rules. No refund is owed in those cases.
5. Weather and Course Conditions
Golf is an outdoor activity and conditions change. Riverbend Golf Course may close the course, delay tee times, or shorten play for weather, maintenance, or safety. If we close the course before your round begins, you will be offered a rain check or refund at our discretion. Once you have started play, refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Assumption of Risk
Golf and the use of golf carts, simulators, and related equipment involves inherent risk of injury or property damage. By entering the property and using our facilities, you assume those risks for yourself and any minors in your group, and you agree that Riverbend Golf Course, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for injury or loss except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the “Riverbend Golf Course” name and marks, is owned by Riverbend Golf Course or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Upshur County, West Virginia.
