- Booking information you provide when you reserve a tee time, simulator session, or event: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your reservation (date, time, number of players, holes, cart, etc.).
- Birthday month and day, when you choose to provide it, used only to send seasonal greetings and to recognize regulars.
- Payment information when you pay online. Card details are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected automatically when you visit the Site. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and basic analytics.

- Take, confirm, and manage your bookings.

Riverbend Golf Course operates an internal text-message notification service that sends SMS alerts to a small number of authorized Riverbend Golf Course staff phone numbers (typically two on-duty managers) whenever a new booking is received on the Site. The purpose of the service is operational: it allows staff to prepare the course and greet incoming guests.
Who receives the messages. Only Riverbend Golf Course staff phone numbers configured by the business owner receive these notifications. Customer phone numbers collected during booking are not enrolled in any SMS program and are not used for marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent. Riverbend Golf Course staff who receive operational SMS have consented to receive these messages as a condition of their role. Customers do not receive SMS from us at this time. If we choose to introduce customer-facing SMS in the future (for example, booking confirmations or reminders), we will obtain your opt-in consent at the point of collection, and the terms described below will apply.
Message content and frequency. Messages are transactional and contain only booking details (confirmation number, date and time, party size, and customer contact details). Frequency depends on booking volume. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Opting out. Recipients of our SMS notifications may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 12. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing. Phone numbers used for SMS, including any future customer-facing program, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the SMS service provider strictly to deliver the message.
5. Email
We send transactional emails (booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and receipts) to the email address you provide at booking. From time to time we may send a small number of relevant updates about the course (for example, seasonal opening or closing). You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time using the link in the email or by emailing us at info@rgcwv.com. Transactional emails related to a booking you have made cannot be opted out of.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the booking flow to function (for example, to remember the details you have entered) and to understand basic, aggregated traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Site. These include Amazon Web Services (hosting, database storage, transactional email via SES, and SMS delivery via SNS) and our payment processor. These providers are bound by their own terms and security commitments and process information only as needed to provide services to us.
8. Data Retention
We retain booking and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request that we delete your information by contacting us using the details below; we will honor the request to the extent we are not required to retain the information by law.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
